Rick Pj Chang

Rick PJ Chang is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, compliance, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources and EHS Director at Amaran Biotechnology, Inc. since December 2020 and as the Human Resources Director at OBI Pharma, Inc. since July 2016, Rick has successfully overseen HR initiatives, strategic staffing, and conflict management. Previous roles include recruitment and employee relationship management at TTY Biopharm, as well as HR management responsibilities at Pou Chen and Digimax, where Rick implemented effective staff orientation and training programs.
