Stephanie Kinsey

Stephanie Kinsey has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a National Channel Account Manager at Object First in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Veeam Software as a Partner Manager, Corporate Resellers where they facilitated partnerships with corporate resellers and exceeded sales quotas. Stephanie also served as a Sales Development Representative at Veeam Software.

In 2020, Stephanie worked at Carvana as a Talent Specialist, Talent Development, where they collaborated with department and site leadership to develop and execute development and culture-driving programs.

Before that, Stephanie was the Director of Operations, Sales Consultant at Perfect Resume, where they oversaw daily operations and sales for a resume writing company. Stephanie also consulted with C-Level Executives on career-related services and developed training programs.

Prior to Perfect Resume, Stephanie worked at Swoon as a Training Specialist, facilitating recruiter training and supporting department training initiatives. Stephanie also worked as an Operations Specialist, overseeing onboarding and performing HR functions.

Stephanie has experience in technical recruiting as well, having worked as a Technical Recruiter at Swoon Group and Volt, where they conducted full-cycle recruiting and maintained candidate pipelines.

Stephanie's early experience includes working at Everest University Online as a Director of Admissions, Enrollment Recruiter, where they managed and developed a team of enrollment recruiters and drove performance metrics.

Stephanie Kinsey obtained their Bachelor of General Studies degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 2007 and 2009. Stephanie later pursued a Master of Administration degree with an emphasis on Leadership from Northern Arizona University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Scottsdale Community College for two years, from 2005 to 2007, where they graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design, along with a three year CIDA Professional Certificate in the same field.
