Agata Pawłowicz

Agata Pawłowicz has diverse work experience in the field of marketing, project coordination, and recruitment. Agata started their career as a Junior Recruitment Specialist at Objectivity in June 2017 and worked until January 2018. Agata then transitioned to a Recruitment Specialist role from January 2018 to October 2018. Continuing their growth within the company, they became a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist from October 2018 to December 2018. Agata later worked as a Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist from January 2019 to October 2020, where they were part of a team of 700 experts focused on digital transformation projects. Additionally, they held the role of Project Coordinator from October 2020 to November 2022, where they were responsible for managing marketing projects. Agata is currently employed as a Marketing Project Manager at Objectivity from November 2022 onwards. Prior to joining Objectivity, Agata worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as both an Acquisition Trainee from February 2015 to April 2015 and an Acquisition Consultant from May 2015 to July 2016.

Agata Pawłowicz has a diverse education history. Agata obtained a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in International Business from the same institution from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also pursued a second Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the Instituto Politécnico do Porto from 2016 to 2017.

Before their Master's degrees, Agata completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Limerick in 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained their first Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2012 to 2015.

Agata has also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skillset. Agata holds the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, which they obtained from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2020.
