Agnieszka Sobieska

Agnieszka Sobieska began their career in 2013 as a Researcher/Project Coordinator at Adecco Group. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Vector Synergy Ltd., where they conducted recruitment processes, carried out direct searches, and conducted interviews with candidates. Agnieszka also analyzed self-assessment questionnaires and performed psychological testing. In 2015, they joined Luxoft as an IT Recruiter and remained in that role until 2020. At Luxoft, they were responsible for updating information on candidates, maintaining relationships with consultants, and studying customer satisfaction. In 2020, they joined Atos as a Resource Management Coordinator and stayed in that position until 2021. Currently, Agnieszka works at Objectivity as a Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, a role they have held since 2022.
