Joanna Nawrocka

Joanna Nawrocka has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Joanna is currently serving as the Recruitment & Onboarding Manager at Objectivity since July 2022. Prior to this, they held roles such as Recruitment & Onboarding Lead, Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist, and Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist at the same company between 2020 and 2022.

Before joining Objectivity, Joanna worked as an Sr. Executive - HR (Internal Recruiter) at WNS Global Services SA from July 2017 to December 2020. Joanna also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA at ManpowerGroup Solutions from April 2016 to June 2017.

In 2015, Joanna held two positions simultaneously. Firstly, at AIESEC Polska, they served on the National Support Team - Product Development from July 2015 to January 2016. Secondly, they worked at ManpowerGroup Solutions as an RPO Sourcer Internship from July 2015 to October 2015.

Joanna's notable experience in AIESEC includes leading and coaching several teams, managing coordinators' commission, organizing local conferences, creating content, and conducting trainings. Joanna achieved significant growth in sales and recruitment, developed the department structure, and successfully implemented new products and coaching systems.

Joanna Nawrocka earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Medical Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Joanna then pursued a Master's degree in Management at the University of Gdańsk starting in 2016. Joanna also obtained several additional certifications, including "Obsługa programu płatnik" and "Rozliczanie wynagrodzeń i danin publicznych" from Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego in June 2020, as well as "Agile Foundations" from Lynda.com in April 2019.
