Ania Ignaszewska

Ania Ignaszewska has extensive work experience in payroll coordination and administration. Ania started their career as a Junior Payroll Specialist at Contract Administration in October 2014, where they handled payroll functions. Ania then progressed to the role of Payroll Specialist in April 2017 and was eventually promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist in March 2019. Ania joined Objectivity in August 2019 as a Senior Payroll Specialist and later took on the role of Salary Coordinator/Senior Payroll Specialist in November 2020. Throughout their roles, they have been responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculations of benefits and deductions, preparing payroll-related documents, and handling employee absences and payments. Ania also briefly worked as a Specialist in HR and payroll at NEONET S.A. from February 2013 to April 2014 and as a Specialist in HR and payroll at Work Service from May 2014 to October 2014.

Ania Ignaszewska completed a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości w Poznaniu from the year 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Quality Management/Product Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business, during the period of 2004 to 2005.
