Anna Lisowska

Anna Lisowska has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Anna is currently working at Objectivity as an HR Business Partner / HR Expert since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer at Dolnośląska Szkoła Wyższa from October 2020 to June 2022.

Anna has also gained extensive experience at Objectivity, where they held various HR roles. From May 2018 to October 2020, they served as an HR Business Partner / HR Expert. Anna also worked as an HR Business Partner / Employer Branding (Attract) Lead from September 2017 to May 2018, and as an HR Business Partner / Recruitment & EB Team Leader from September 2015 to August 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Junior HR Business Partner from September 2014 to December 2014 and as a Senior Recruitment Specialist from March 2014 to August 2014.

Prior to joining Objectivity, Anna worked at IT Kontrakt as a Senior Recruitment Specialist from January 2014 to March 2014 and as a Recruitment Specialist from June 2012 to December 2013. Anna began their career as a Recruitment Consultant / Project Manager at recruit.pl, where they worked from May 2009 to April 2012.

Anna Lisowska has a diverse education history. Anna completed a coaching program for managers at Moderator Sp. z o. o. in 2021. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of Business in Wrocław, studying payroll and human resources. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued postgraduate studies in psychology in business at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław. Anna Lisowska also holds a Master's degree in pedagogy, which they obtained from the University of Wroclaw in the period of 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Anna Lisowska has acquired several certifications. In November 2022, they completed the Fundamentals Online Workshop from Management 3.0, as well as the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR from ICAgile. In October 2022, they obtained a certification in Developing a Mentoring Program from LinkedIn, and in September 2022, they completed Daniel Pink on Motivation, also from LinkedIn.
