Błażej Gwozdecki

Błażej Gwozdecki has extensive experience in the IT industry. Błażej began their career as a .Net developer at Volvo IT in July 2012, where they were responsible for designing and implementing new features, as well as maintaining code and addressing bugs.

In July 2013, they joined PGS Software S.A. as a .Net developer. In this role, they collected requirements, prepared analyses and estimations, designed application architecture, and implemented new features. Błażej also collaborated with a team from the UK and ensured code maintenance and bug fixing.

Moving on, Błażej joined Global Insurance Management in February 2016 as a Technical Team Leader and Software Developer. Finally, Błażej became a Lead Solution Architect at Objectivity in December 2017. In this position, they managed a team of highly skilled software developers and architects, designed software solutions, optimized development processes, and assured high-quality software delivery. Błażej also built strong relationships with customers and became an expert in the financial and consulting industries. Additionally, they focused on recruiting new team members and took care of the department's overall reputation and employee satisfaction.

Błażej Gwozdecki obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication - Applied Computer Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Błażej further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication - Applied Computer Engineering from the same institution, studying from 2012 to 2013.
