Dominika Dróżdż

Dominika Dróżdż has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dominika started their career in 2015 at Credit Suisse, where they held various positions such as Assistant Business Analyst, CRO Intern, Junior Business Analyst, and eventually Business Analyst. In 2016, they also worked as a Mathematics Teacher at XIII Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Aleksandra Fredry. In 2018, Dominika joined Objectivity as a Business Analyst and was later promoted to Senior Business Analyst in January 2022.

Dominika Dróżdż began their education at the University of Wroclaw in 2012, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics. Dominika obtained their Licencjat (Lic.) in Mathematics from the University of Wroclaw in 2015. Dominika continued their studies at the same university and obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Mathematics in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Dominika has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed a certification in Business Analysis in a Project Life Cycle from the Management Training & Development Center MT&DC. In 2018, they obtained a micro-certification in Fundamentals of Data Science + Introduction to R programming from Groupe SII. Dominika also completed Level 2 Oracle 11g SQL: Training for data analytics, although the institution is not specified. More recently, in 2022 and 2023, Dominika has earned certifications in Product Analytics, including Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Product Owner II, from Scrum.org, and Product Analytics Practitioner from ProductDiscovery.pro.
