Marta Ścieglińska-Sztaba

Marta Ścieglińska-Sztaba has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marta started their career as a Marketing Researcher at medi.com in 2009. Marta then worked as a Corporate Sales Specialist at Qubus Hotel Wrocław from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they joined Qubus Hotel Management as a Sales Specialist from 2012 to 2013. Marta then worked as a Corporate Consultant at Pure Health and Fitness for a brief period in 2013. Marta subsequently joined UPS Supply Chain Solutions as a Network Analyst from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Marta joined Objectivity | Part of Accenture and held several roles within the company. Marta started as a Personal Assistant from February 2015 to September 2016. Marta then transitioned to the role of Marketing Analyst from October 2016 to June 2017. Following this, they worked as a Junior Business Analyst from July 2017 to March 2019. Marta then took on the role of Business Analyst from April 2019 to October 2022. Marta was later promoted to Team Leader Business Analyst from September 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Marta holds the position of Team Leader Senior Business Analyst at Objectivity | Part of Accenture, starting from July 2023.

Marta has also ventured into freelance work as a Mental Trainer since August 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Training Coordinator at Akademia Trenerów Mentalnych Juniorów from October 2021 to December 2021. With their extensive experience and diverse skill set, Marta has gained valuable expertise in business analysis, sales, marketing, network analysis, and mental training.

Marta Ścieglińska-Sztaba pursued their education at the Wroclaw University of Economics, where they completed their Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Management and Marketing. Marta attended the university from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they also engaged in postgraduate studies from 2010 to 2012 at the same institution, focusing on becoming an Effective Manager of The Modern Company.
