Matt Staniszewski

Matt Staniszewski has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Matt started their career as a UI/UX and Brand Designer at Discipline Media Group in 2013, where they worked on various design projects and collaborated with web developers and other creatives. In 2014, they co-founded their own company called Whosz Mateusz Staniszewski, where they provided construction solutions customized for different projects and clients. Matt also worked on product requirements, brand identity, web design, and marketing materials.

From 2014 to 2015, Matt worked as a Senior UI/UX & Brand Designer at Order Group sp. z o. o. Here, they co-created solutions for clients, focusing on brand and web UI design. Matt built relationships with clients, brainstormed ideas, and brought them to life.

In 2015, they joined Artegence as a Senior UI Designer, where they collaborated with UX designers and consultants to design user-oriented graphic interfaces. Matt created new solutions based on briefings and testing, delivering designs on deadlines.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at 7N, initially as a Senior UI/UX Designer and later as a Lead Designer. Matt designed UI/UX solutions for business applications, collaborated with development teams, and was responsible for project structure and Q&A testing.

In 2020, Matt joined Kandidate as a Senior Product Designer, focusing on UI/UX solutions for recruitment-oriented products. Matt worked with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions. Matt then joined Neoteric as a Lead Product Designer from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Matt worked as a Senior Product Designer at Netguru, where they designed UI/UX solutions for corporate and startup clients. Matt conducted workshops, created and managed UI guidelines, and provided business consulting.

From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at Egnyte. Matt led the design of digital guidelines containing UX & UI processes and designed UX patents and UI solutions for internal and external products used by over 300 thousand users daily.

Currently, Matt is working as a Senior User Interface Designer at Objectivity, designing UI solutions for business corporate and startup clients. Matt conducts workshops, creates and manages UI guidelines, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Matt Staniszewski attended the Warsaw School of Computer Science from 2006 to 2012, where they studied Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. After completing their studies at the Warsaw School of Computer Science, they then went on to attend Warszawska Szkoła Reklamy from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on Graphic Design.
