Radek Taraszka

Radek Taraszka has a comprehensive work experience in various roles related to product design, UX design, and community management. Radek currently serves as the Head of Product Design at Objectivity, where they lead a team of designers and focuses on validating business ideas through Proof of Concept. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2015 to 2020. Radek also had a significant tenure at UXPin, where they served as a Product Manager & UX Designer from 2015 to 2020. In this role, they collaborated with research and sales teams to develop innovative product ideas and deliver the best user experience. Radek also served as a Community Manager at Product Tribes, an invite-only community for designers, developers, and PMs, from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a UX Designer at Ideacto (Grupa Divante) from 2013 to 2015 and at WitFlow in 2012. Radek started their career as a Copywriter at iware in 2009 and later transitioned to become a Product Manager and UX Designer at iwarePRINT, where they played a significant role in developing and improving an online print system.

Radek Taraszka attended the University of Wroclaw from 2009 to 2014, where they studied "Prawo" (law).
