Monika Jabłonka

Monika Jabłonka has work experience in various roles and companies. From December 2017 to December 2018, they worked as a Młodszy asystent at Dolnośląskie Centrum Transplantacji Komórkowych z Krajowym Bankiem Dawców Szpiku. From April 2019 to September 2020, they were a 1.5 layer support engineer at Hemmersbach. Since October 2020, they have been working at Objectivity | Part of Accenture, initially as a Service Operation Analyst and currently as a Service Operations Specialist. Monika'sresponsibilities include utilizing SQL, Azure cloud administration, and security, creating procedures in Confluence, and monitoring team work quality using various tools. Monika also follows up with the support team to ensure service delivery within agreed KPIs/SLAs.

Monika Jabłonka obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biologia, ogólnie from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences in 2017. In the same year, they also completed their Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Biotechnologia from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Monika received the AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2021 and the SC-200 Security Operations Analyst Associate certification in February 2023.
