Ivan Arkhipov

Ivan Arkhipov has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ivan is currently working as the Head of Engineering at objego, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, from 2022 to 2023, they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of FutureBens - Sustainable benefits, where they were responsible for product vision and strategy, as well as product discovery and customer interactions.

Before that, Ivan worked at Mynd from 2016 to 2022, initially as a Senior Java Engineer, where they were involved in the full cycle of software development. Ivan then took on the role of Engineering Lead, focusing on people, process, and technology aspects. Later, they became the Director of Engineering, overseeing culture evolution, team growth and education, hiring, and budgeting.

Prior to Mynd, Ivan worked at Upwork as a Java Developer from 2014 to 2016, contributing to the development of backend core frameworks and infrastructure integrations. Ivan also gained experience as a Junior Software Developer at Reksoft from 2013 to 2014.

Throughout their career, Ivan has demonstrated a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a focus on driving product innovation and team growth.

Ivan Arkhipov received a Master's Degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Voronezh State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.
