Customer Operations Team Lead at Obligo

Karolyn Urena has worked for several companies over the past 15 years. In 2007, they started as a Cashier Customer Service at La Placita de Ponce Food Corp. and then moved to a Supply Chain Manager role. In 2014, they became an Operations Assistant and Corporate Intern at Just Salad. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at National Debt Relief, LLC, progressing from Underwriting Agent to Underwriting Co-Team Lead to Underwriting Banking Specialist to Underwriting Supervisor. In 2021, they moved to LKR Realty Corporation as a Property Manager. Most recently, they began working at Obligo as a Customer Operations Associate and The Mom Project as a Customer Service Sales Specialist @ Roc360 in 2022.

Karolyn Urena's educational history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, a study abroad program from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2013, and a High School Diploma from St Pius V High School in 2010. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Coursera: Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project in May 2022, and Foundations of Project Management in March 2022.
