Irini Tzannetou

Irini is a dynamic executive with a history spanning more than 25 years of driving organisational excellence by implementing comprehensive human resources and management frameworks, policies and solutions. With a proven record of implementing the tools and processes necessary for cultural and business transformation and corporate governance at all levels. Irini is competent in partnering with business leaders to identify organisational needs and development plans that align with the corporate vision for a cohesive, competitive workforce. As human resources executive, Irini has helped several companies and has offered value-adding services to many companies in multiple sectors. Irini holds a BSc in Philosophy, Pedagogics & Psychology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, MSc and PhD in Organizational Psychology and Management Development from the University of Manchester. She has taught strategic human resources management at the University of Athens. Irini is also a Mental Health Consultant, having completed a two-year course in Systemic Therapy at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA). She is also into a three-year further education program in Mental Health Advisory by KETHESY.
