Sean Kelley

Sean Kelley has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Sean is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Observe.AI. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of GTM and Business Recruiting at Scale AI, a Senior Talent Partner at Twilio, and a Recruiting Manager at Segment. Sean also held various roles at Twilio, where they focused on building out the company's sales, marketing, engineering, and administrative teams. Sean started their career as a Sourcer at MuleSoft Inc and also gained coaching experience at Bellarmine College Preparatory and Bay to Bay Volleyball Club. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Johnson Service Group, Inc and held multiple roles at Santa Clara University, including Shipping and Receiving and Marketing Intern.

Sean Kelley attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a high school degree. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Santa Clara University from 2009 to 2013.
