Masen Sarabia has had a varied work experience since 2014. Masen began their career as a Cook at Newk's Eatery in 2014, then moved to Sellers Clean Windows as a Technician in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Technician at Fish Window Cleaning. In 2019, they took on the role of Team Lead at Spring Gardens Nursery Inc. In 2020, they worked as an Account Manager (Retention) at Greenix, where they received inbound and made outbound phone calls for cancellation requests coming from the current customer base and determined customers' needs to keep them content. In 2021, they joined ObservePoint as a Customer Success Manager and Account Development Manager.

Masen Sarabia attended Lone Star College-CyFair from 2016 to 2017, where they studied General Studies. Masen then attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2021 to 2025, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering. In May 2022, Masen obtained the ObservePoint Professional certification from ObservePoint's ObservePoint Academy.
