Virgilio D. Torres

Virgilio D. Torres has worked in the finance and strategy industry since 2013. Virgilio D. began their career at J.P. Morgan as a Summer Analyst in Prime Brokerage. In 2014, they moved to BNY Mellon and held two roles, Associate in Business Development for LatAm and Analyst in the Emerging Leaders Program. In 2017, they joined BBVA as an Investment Banker. In 2019, they moved to Blue Apron as a Finance & Strategy Manager and then to CrossBorder Solutions in 2020 as a Finance & Strategy Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Finance at Obsess and is responsible for developing and leading world class teams focused on driving customer success. Virgilio D. is a member of the Obsess leadership team and is committed to helping Obsess deliver incredible value to customers, employees, and investors.

Virgilio D. Torres holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Pace University and has completed Investment Research at The Wharton School. Virgilio D. has also obtained certifications in Credit Training from Fitch Learning in June 2014, as well as Series 7 and Series 79 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
