Donald Grzybowski

Donald Grzybowski serves as Deputy General Counsel at Obsidian Insurance Holdings, Inc. since June 2021, previously holding the position of Assistant Vice President & Senior Counsel at The Hanover Insurance Group from 2012 to June 2021. With extensive legal experience, Donald has drafted and reviewed various contracts, provided compliance and regulatory support for multiple subsidiaries, and managed litigation and coverage issues throughout a career that began at Travelers Insurance from 1995 to 2003. Additional roles include serving as Senior Counsel at Guilford Specialty Group from 2003 to 2011, focusing on coverage litigation and regulatory compliance. Donald earned a Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Environmental Law from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Northeastern University.
