Glenda Gail Parker has extensive work experience in various roles related to acquisition, consulting, and budget analysis. Glenda Gail started their career in 1967 with the Department of Defense as a Budget Analyst/Security Assistance Analyst and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant/Budget Analyst at SteppingStone Industries, Inc. and later at Grant Thornton. In 2003, they joined Kelly, Anderson & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant and worked there until 2014. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Business Analyst/Consultant at Horizon. In 2013, they worked as a Business Analyst/Consultant at Horizon Industries, Ltd, specifically at DLA/J63/J62. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at ACT-I as an Accounting Technician. In 2017, they joined PE Systems, Inc as an Acquisition Program Analyst and worked there until 2018. Currently, they are working at OBXtek as a Sr Acquisition Program Analyst, starting in 2018. Additionally, Glenda was involved in rail advocacy, candidate recruitment, and producing "Green TV" for Indy Greens from 2005 to 2016, where they served as the Vice Chair.

Glenda Gail Parker attended Central Michigan University from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Software Engineering Administration.
