Wayne Libby

Wayne Libby has extensive work experience in the field of technical surveillance countermeasures and security. Wayne currently works as a Course Instructor at OBXtek since October 2022. Prior to this, Wayne served as a Course Instructor specializing in Unified Communication Systems at CACI International Inc from April 2019 to December 2022. Wayne also worked at the U.S. Department of Energy as a TSCM Program Manager from June 2013 to December 2022. Additionally, Wayne has experience as a Security Specialist at the Federal Aviation Administration from May 2010 to June 2012.

Wayne Libby obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Wayne pursued their education at the university from 2001 to 2014.
