Launa Kressin

Launa Kressin is a highly experienced private violin and viola instructor, owner of Launa Kressin Violin and Viola Studio, and maintains a robust teaching practice both online and in-person since January 2011. In addition to fostering a thriving studio at OC Music & Dance since February 2016, Launa also serves as an orchestra coach at Santiago Middle School Conservatory Program and provides professional string coaching through the Support Our Schools Program. Launa's background includes roles as a long-term substitute teacher in the Orange Unified School District and a string coach for various organizations, including Pacific Symphony and the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana. Launa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with minors in Music and Leadership Studies from Chapman University and is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree at National University.
