Bonnie Knittel

Bonnie Knittel has extensive experience in talent management and HR roles. Bonnie is currently the Head of Talent Management, Americas at Oerlikon. Previously, they worked as the Global HR Business Partner for Additive Manufacturing at Oerlikon and as a Senior Leader in Talent Management & Talent Acquisition at SGL Carbon. Prior to that, Bonnie served as the Division Talent Partner Lead at ABB and as the Director of University & Diversity Recruitment for Honeywell at Randstad Sourceright. Bonnie also held the position of Strategic HR Business Partner at Syngenta and worked as the Senior University Relations & Recruiting Manager at Rockwell Collins. Bonnie began their career as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half.

Bonnie Knittel obtained their Certified Professional Coach credential from iPEC Coaching in 2023.
