Harry Metcalf

Harry Metcalf is a seasoned professional in people analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager of People Analytics at Ocado Technology since January 2024. Previously, Harry held various roles at Ipsos Karian and Box, including Data Operations Director and Analytics Director, between June 2021 and January 2024. Harry's extensive experience at Nestlé from May 2016 to June 2021 involved positions such as Global People Analytics Specialist and Head of People Analytics for the UK&I. Earlier in Harry's career, a role as Business Intelligence Executive was held at Talysis Ltd, a consultancy focused on FMCG retail sales data analysis.
