Alicia Hart

Alicia Hart is an experienced Early Childhood Instructional Technology Specialist at OCALI, where responsibilities include contributing to the Center for the Young Child's scope of work and managing project milestones. Alicia has also served as an Instructional Designer at Virginia Commonwealth University, developing a comprehensive training initiative for early childhood professionals using remote coaching tools and innovative online course design. Previous roles include writing columns for Autism Spectrum Quarterly and authoring memoirs on family life with autism and eosinophilic esophagitis. Alicia has experience coordinating family and community resources for children with autism spectrum disorder and supporting child development through various educational roles. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Family Services and Human Development from Eastern Illinois University.
