Joseph Gomes

Joseph Gomes has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and recruitment. Joseph started their career as a Trainee Recruitment at Afamar Capital Humano. Joseph then worked as an HR Generalist & Recruiter at Rede D'Or São Luiz, where they led end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborated with hiring managers. Joseph also served as an HR Business Partner, providing various HR services. After that, Joseph worked at Three Q PERMS & TEMPS as a Talent Acquisition & HR professional, supporting hiring needs in healthcare and hospitality industries. Joseph then became a Freelance Recruiter, supporting scale-ups in technology and financials industries across Europe. Joseph later joined Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland as a Cluster Human Resources Officer, responsible for three properties and ensuring employee engagement and adherence to company policies. Currently, Joseph works as a Human Resources Executive at O'Callaghan Collection.

Joseph Gomes began their education in 2010 at Laureate Education, Inc., where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and completed their studies in 2015. In 2016, they attended Universidade Candido Mendes, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources, which they completed in 2017. Following this, Joseph pursued a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution/Conflict Management at Independent College from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Joseph is enrolled at the National College of Ireland, where they are pursuing a Diploma of Education with a specialization in CIPD Human Resources Management, which is expected to be completed by 2023.
