Danielle Lestrade has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Danielle started their career as an HR Administrator at Vectura in November 2007, where they worked until April 2010. After that, they joined OC&C Strategy Consultants, where they held various roles over the years. Danielle started as an HR & Recruitment Assistant in August 2010, then became a Recruitment & Training Coordinator in July 2011. From June 2013 to December 2014, they worked as a Recruitment & Training Officer. Danielle then took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition from January 2015 to May 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director of People at OC&C Strategy Consultants from June 2019 onwards.
Danielle Lestrade's education history includes a Certificate in Personnel Practice, which they earned from Nottingham Trent University in 2009. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the same university, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007.
