Fetari Welsh

Fetari Welsh currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of IT Governance at OCC, leading a team of professionals in delivering compliance-driven services to IT stakeholders and establishing comprehensive third-party governance and policy frameworks. Previously, Fetari held various leadership roles at Citi, including Director of Governance Regulatory Response and Oversight, where a comprehensive policy governance framework was developed, and as a Risk Transformation Executive managing regulatory expectations within Wealth Management. Fetari's experience also includes building the Regulatory Relations function at USAA and leading the Global Regulatory Change Governance Office at Wells Fargo. Early career experiences involved leading compliance efforts at Santander Consumer USA, Think Finance, and Deloitte, culminating in a foundational role as a National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Fetari holds a degree in Business Finance from Hampton University.
