Ngoc Nguyen

Ngoc Nguyen currently serves as the Executive Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at OCC since April 2024 and is a mentor for the Leading Equity and Inclusion in Organizations Certificate program at Northwestern University School of Education and Social Policy. Prior experience includes various roles at Wintrust Financial Corporation, where Ngoc held titles of Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Diversity & Inclusion, successfully launching multiple initiatives to enhance workplace diversity. Previous roles include Certified Leadership Coach at Ama La Vida, Branch Services Director and Underwriting Operations Manager at CNA Insurance, and Account Executive positions at Travelers. Ngoc's educational background includes a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational & Leadership Coaching, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
