Caroline Gleeson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Occupop, a hiring tool that connects people to create successful teams. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley and as a Sales and Marketing Recruitment Consultant. Additionally, Caroline has experience as a language teacher, founder and director of a language courses company, journalist for various publications, and has received degrees in International Journalism, Modern British and European History, Spanish, History, and Portuguese.
