Mauricio Pereira

Mauricio Pereira is an experienced engineer specializing in design and maritime technology. Currently serving as Ing. Eng. Design and Technicien en génie Maritime at Ocean / Océan since January 2020, Mauricio has previously worked at Société des traversiers du Québec as a Technicien en architecture Naval. Additional roles include contributing to experimental testing at the Hydraulic Machines Laboratory (LAMH-ULaval) and participating in projects at Concept Naval as a mechanical design engineer. Early career experience at COTECMAR involved cost estimation for various naval projects. Mauricio holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander.
