Zach Lesko

Zach Lesko is a Senior Acquisitions Associate at Ocean Block Capital. Prior to joining Ocean Block Capital, Zach was a CMBS Analyst at Rialto Mortgage Finance from January 2017 to December 2018. Before that, Zach worked as an Operations and Research at Royal Coffee New York from January 2016 to December 2017.

At Rialto Mortgage Finance, Zach was responsible for initial loan sizing of various CMBS assets including multifamily, industrial, office, hotel, retail, and multi-use in all regions of the country. Zach also assisted in the editing of Asset Summary Reports and sat in on committee meetings.

At Royal Coffee New York, Zach analyzed affects of weather conditions and labor wages on the value of coffee bean and tea leaf commodities. Zach also studied the competition between coffe and tea consumption with emphasis on the causation factors for the rising consumption of tea among millennials. Additionally, Zach assisted in the production of educational materials for the new learning center and constructed electronic database to automate annual equipment maintenance schedules. Lastly, they performed quality control on products.

Zach Lesko attended Mountain Lakes High School and then went on to study Economics and Finance at Tufts University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
