Paul Falvey

Paul Falvey is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Ocean Community YMCA since June 2025, Falvey previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the YMCA of Greater Boston from December 2018 to May 2025, where notable achievements included developing key operating forecasts during the COVID-19 pandemic and redesigning the operating budget process.
