Lana Latella

Lana Latella has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lana began their career as a Dealer Department Manager for Manatee County Tax Collector, where they supervised staff and managed documents for licensed car, boat, and mobile home dealers. Lana also handled tax collection, processed titles, and conducted audits and budgets.

Lana then transitioned into the financial sector, working as a Portfolio Administrator at Merrill Lynch. Here, they researched portfolio allocations and generated proposals for high-net worth clients.

Their next position was at Wachovia Bank & Securities, a Wells Fargo Company, where they served as an AVP Licensed Investment Business Financial Specialist. In this role, Lana generated new acquisition clients and enhanced existing business relationships. Lana also focused on sales goals in commercial real estate loans, consumer mortgages, and financial investments, such as 401(k), retirement IRAs, funds, equities, and financial portfolio analysis.

Following this, Lana joined Cape Bank as a Vice President Market Development, VP Business Banking Regional Manager, and District Sales Team Leader. Their responsibilities included growing and developing commercial lending relationships, managing third-party partnerships, and promoting the value of products and services.

Most recently, Lana held the position of Vice President Treasury Management Product Development at OceanFirst Bank. In this role, they oversaw the evaluation and development of Treasury Management products and services, established new partnerships, and facilitated training to leverage solutions for the bank's customers. Lana also managed contract agreements with partner vendors, ensuring the bank's offerings included credit card, commercial card, merchant services, global trade FX, payroll services, and various online banking solutions.

Throughout their career, Lana has demonstrated a strong focus on driving business growth, developing relationships, and providing innovative financial solutions.

Lana Latella holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Investments, and Business Strategies from Stockton University, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Atlantic Cape Community College. Lana also holds a CFCA (Certified Florida Collector Associate) - Tax Collectors Certification from Florida State University and has completed Master's Business Administration Studies at The Wharton School. Additionally, Lana has obtained various certifications including Associate Membership in the Association for Financial Professionals and FINRA Securities License 6, 63. Lana also holds NMLS 939453 and a State of NJ Insurance License.
