Andrew Scola

Andrew Scola is a skilled culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles, currently serving as Bistro Chef De Cuisine at The Ocean House since April 2021. Andrew has been with Ocean House Management as Sous Chef since September 2018 and previously held Sous Chef positions at Sails Restaurants and The Ocean House. Andrew's culinary journey began as a Cook at The Ocean House and included experience as a Catering Cook with Calafia Management and a Line Cook at Calafia Cafe. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University between 2012 and 2015, following a foundational education at Palo Alto High School from 2008 to 2011.
