Sia Hristova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Allatra HR since February 2022, Sia leads a team of experienced recruiters offering full-cycle recruitment services. Sia also holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at both Ocean Investments, which focuses on supporting early-stage technology innovators, and Resolute Software, known for its software engineering and consulting services. Additionally, Sia has played a pivotal role in talent acquisition at AMATAS, a cybersecurity firm, and previously at S Group International AD and VIP Security Ltd, where Sia managed recruitment and training.
