Eric M. Klier has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1986 as a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1988, they became a Senior Materials Engineer at LTV Missiles and Electronics Group, followed by a similar role at Lanxide Corporation in 1989. In 1992, they co-founded and became Vice President of Chesapeake Composites Corporation. In 2000, they moved to dmc2 Electronic Components Corp. (OM Group) as a Senior Process Engineer.
