Nicola Smith currently serves as the Head of People and Talent at Ocean Outdoor, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Nicola worked at Veolia UK from April 2014 to September 2018, where roles included HR Business Partner and HR Advisor. Experience also includes a tenure at 4Delivery from May 2007 to April 2014, taking on roles as HR Advisor and Performance and Organisational Development Specialist. Earlier in the career, Nicola was the Executive PA to the Chief Operating Officer at United Utilities from May 2005 to May 2007. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Lancaster University and has further education from the University of Brighton.
