Ian Rosenberger

Ian Rosenberger is a prominent leader in sustainability and social impact, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Day Owl, a company focused on sustainable accessories. Ian also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at The First Mile, a Benefit Corporation assisting major global brands in implementing emissions and waste reduction strategies. As the Founder and Board Chair of WORK, Ian advocates for dignified employment in low-income communities. Additionally, Ian is an Unreasonable Impact Fellow and a member of the steering committee for the Ocean Plastics Leadership Network, contributing to global initiatives on climate and plastic waste. Previous leadership roles include Founder and CEO of Thread International and participation in high-level discussions at the United Nations and the Clinton Global Initiative.
