Henry Lucas

Henry Lucas (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR data operations specialist at Ocean Technologies Group since December 2022. Previously, Henry held various positions including Global HR Associate and Senior HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to Ocean Technologies Group, Henry worked as a Human Resources Advisor at UPS for a brief period and also contributed to system implementation and People and Culture support at Freddie's Flowers. Earlier experience includes a Team Manager role at Gist and a Temporary Manager position at Gold Medal Pet Care, along with a Farm Hand role at Welbourn Farms. Henry holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster and a BSc in Agri-business management with placement year from Newcastle University.
