Kirsten Marie Gilje

Kirsten Marie Gilje has had extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Kirsten Marie started in 1999 as a Consultant at Telenor, where they advised and led projects in market analysis and market-related projects. Kirsten Marie then moved on to become a Finance Manager and later a Business Manager, overseeing the financial reporting and analysis for Telenor's Norwegian operations. In 2008, they became the Performance Manager, responsible for performance management and reporting to the Telenor Board of Directors. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Associate Vice President and CFO for the Delhi Hub of Uninor, covering a large telecom market. Kirsten Marie then became the Performance Manager for Uninor's operations in India, monitoring performance and providing financial analysis for the management team. Kirsten Marie continued their career at various companies, including DTAC and Telenor Group, before joining CHC Helicopter as the Finance Director. Kirsten Marie also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the CHC Helicopter Pension Fund and became a Board Member at Oceaneering Asset Integrity. Most recently, they took on the role of Finance Director at Oceaneering in 2018.

Kirsten Marie Gilje obtained a BSc/MSc degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1993 and 1997. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Corporate Finance and Certified European Financial Analyst degree at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2014 to 2017. In 1997-1998, they also completed a CEMS degree in Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education.
