Pradhyut Sunta

Pradhyut Sunta is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the APAC region at Oceaneering since September 2012, previously holding the position of Regional Supervisor in the same function. In this role, Pradhyut acts as an advisor, providing recruitment guidance and developing strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Talent Acquisition at Deinde Engineering Services Pvt Ltd from August 2009 to August 2012, where Pradhyut established the recruitment segment, built a strong clientele, and successfully led a team of six recruiters. Pradhyut holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and HR from Indo Global College of Engineering & Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Centre of Excellence, Government Degree College, Shimla.
