Elise Tenney

Elise Tenney has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to compensation and investor relations. Elise most recently worked at OceanFirst Bank as an AVP - Senior Compensation Analyst, starting in March 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Compensation Program Manager at McCann Worldgroup from September 2008 to February 2018. Elise also held the position of Analyst, Executive Compensation at Interpublic Group from 2005 to 2008. Elise began their career in 1997 at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst, Executive Compensation, where they worked until 2003. Elise also gained experience in investor relations as a part of Archeus Capital Management from 2003 to 2005.

Elise Tenney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marymount Manhattan College, completing their studies from 1992 to 1997.
