Michael Mottola

Michael Mottola has extensive experience in the banking and real estate industries. Michael is currently working as the Vice President of Commercial Lending at OceanFirst Bank, a role they began in June 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Cambridge Savings Bank, where they served as an Assistant Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager from January to June 2023, and as an Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer from April 2018 to March 2023.

Before joining Cambridge Savings Bank, Michael worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance from March 2017 to March 2023. Michael also gained experience at Cambridge Savings Bank as a Cash Management Implementation Manager from June 2013 to December 2014. In this role, they managed customer relationships and facilitated the implementation of cash management products and services.

Earlier in their career, Michael was a Management Program Trainee at Cambridge Savings Bank from August 2012 to February 2013, where they learned various aspects of retail banking and actively sold products and services to customers. Michael began their career in the banking industry as a Personal Banking Representative at Santander Bank, N.A. from June 2009 to August 2012.

Michael Mottola attended Saint Anselm College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance and Economics.
