Tom Crawford

Tom Crawford has a diverse work experience in the banking industry spanning over three decades. Tom is currently serving as the Market President at OceanFirst Bank since May 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Market President of Mid-Atlantic at BBVA Compass from 2013 to 2021. Before that, they served as an Administrative Vice President & Group Manager at M&T Bank / Provident Bank from 2003 to 2013. Tom also worked as a Vice President & Team Leader at Capital One / Chevy Chase Bank from 1998 to 2003 and as a Vice President at PNC / Mercantile Bank from 1988 to 1998.

Tom Crawford obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Tom then pursued higher education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore, attending from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tom obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the State of Maryland in May 1998.
