Iain Moore

Iain Moore is a food scientist who currently works at OCEANIUM. Iain has previous experience working as the Director of QHSE R&D at National Food Products Company and as the Head of Product Development and Innovation at Almarai. Iain has a passion for developing new products and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business plan. Iain has managed all technical resources for the development of new products from concept to launch across all geographical locations. Iain has also approved new ingredients and technology acquisitions, provided high-level technical solutions to address critical ingredient and product waste issues, and maintained awareness of innovation and technological developments within the food industry.

Iain Moore has a BA and MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and their PhD is also in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Flow of Molten Polymers.
