Darren Stover

Darren Stover has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over several roles and companies. Darren currently works as the Regional Human Resources Director at Oceans Healthcare since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Senior Living Properties LLC from April 2019 to October 2023. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. from September 2005 to July 2017. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Stover Electric Inc. from August 2001 to June 2005. Additionally, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Digital Motorworks from December 1999 to August 2001, and at Girling Health Care from December 1997 to December 1999. Furthermore, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Fleming Foods from January 1991 to December 1997.

Darren Stover completed course work towards an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in 2001-2002. Prior to that, they also completed course work towards an MBA at The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996-1997. In 1986-1990, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business.
