Pete Bruni

Pete Bruni has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Pete has held various leadership positions in prominent companies, demonstrating their expertise in total rewards, human resources, and compensation management. Pete's most recent role was as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Oceans Healthcare, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Total Rewards and Director of Total Rewards at Fogo de Chão from 2019 to 2023. From 2017 to 2019, Pete worked as the Director of Human Resources at WIS International, where they managed HR functions for a large number of employees across multiple states. Pete also served as an independent consultant at EZCORP from 2016 to 2017, providing total rewards consultation and implementing various programs and policies. Pete's experience includes significant leadership roles at Rent-A-Center, Circuit City, CompUSA, Mervyn's, Montgomery Ward, and Winn's Stores. Throughout their career, Pete has demonstrated their ability to develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, drive efficiencies in HR processes, and align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Pete Bruni holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business - HR Management from Western Governors University. Pete has obtained additional certifications including Workday Pro HCM, Workday Pro HCM Core, and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
