Shane McKee

Shane McKee, Ph.D., has extensive work experience in organizational development, employee engagement, leadership education, and talent management. Shane is currently the Vice President of Talent Management at Oceans Healthcare since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at JPS Health Network from 2016 to 2023, holding various roles such as Director of Organizational Development & Employee Engagement, Director of Learning and OD, Sr. Learning & OD Consultant, and Learning and OD Consultant. Shane was also the Director of Leadership & Engagement at Transylvania University from 2013 to 2016, and the Manager of Leadership Education & Programs at Sigma Phi Epsilon from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Leadership Coordinator at Washington State University, a Residential Education Director at Gonzaga University, and a Residential Education Coordinator at the University of Missouri - St. Louis.

Shane McKee, Ph.D. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Midwestern State University in 2002. Shane then went on to earn a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Adult & Higher Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 2004 and 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University from 2007 to 2009. Lastly, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education / Educational Leadership at Washington State University from 2009 to 2013.
